Devil children.

Smashing peoples eyes with eggs. throwing stones at cars, starting fires inside and outside of the houses. throwing stones at people, starting fights with adults. smashing windows, smashing walls, throwing eggs at houses. Calling adults names, telling lies and spreading lies about other children and adults. Killing adults. Police only caught a few people involved in youth crimes. It is a war zone. Tourist are not safe in quiet areas with high chance of brutal attack. Police say they will do nothing.

Why is EU trying to ban Mosquito acoustic youth dispersal devices youths are taking away peoples right to live ?

Hi Load,

It doesn't appear to be the EU behind this proposed banning. This is coming from the Council of Europe, which is completely separate from the EU and has no power to ban these "mosquito" devices.

The Council of Europe is demanding "mosquito" devices be banned under EU human rights laws but the police will not come to remove problem youths so how do people defend themselves and their properties sometimes from serious youth attacks without going to jail  ?
