What changes will the Lisbon Treaty make to the European Constitution?

A:

The idea of a European Constitution was abandoned after it was rejected in France and Holland, and faced likely rejection in many more EU member states.
So, there is no European Constitution and never has been.

The functioning of the European Union is governed by the treaties which member states have signed over the years, such as the Maastrict Treaty, the Nice Treaty, and the Lisbon Treaty upon its full ratification
