Interested to hear how people thought the two sides did against each other last night.

Have to say I thought it was 3 nil to the yes camp.

Micheal Martin was a strong opener. Higgins not only last night but throughout the campaign has tried to get into the detail of the treaty which never comes across well and I usually begin to turn off!

Pat Cox put in a very assured performance against McDonald and his closing was very strong when he put into context the legal guarantees that Mary Lou is opposing. He highlighted that the legal guarantees were of the same stature as those that Sinn Fein signed during the cessation of terrorism in the North.

The slug fight at the end! I was expecting more from it. Close but O Leary pipped it I think.

I just felt that the NO side had no real depth to their claims. I think they've been sullied by the patronising scaremongering by Coir and the Socialists too.

I mean does Clare Daly say 'yes' to anything?
